What you can expect

We're looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our APAC team. You will be responsible for building and managing the partner ecosystem in the Indonesian market, reporting to the APAC Channel Sales Leader in Singapore. The successful candidate will help scale existing business with partners, as well as explore new partnerships to continue our business growth.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales for Zoom through partners in Indonesia.

  • Implementing strategies, tactics and initiatives to create explosive sales opportunity pipeline.

  • Acting as the primary conduit between Zoom Direct Sales and our Partner Sales Teams.

  • Working with sales teams through the sales cycle to help win deals over competition.

  • Providing accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales based on the Partners business plan.

  • Developing strategies for engagement with each Zoom Sales segment and our partners on demand generation.

What we’re looking for

  • Be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Have previous business experience with Enterprise Re-sellers, Service Providers and Distributors.

  • Have minimum of 5 years of Channel Sales Experience

  • Be proficient in utilizing Salesforce

  • Demonstrate sustained track record of success
