Responsibilities
- Advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, and talent development to support business growth and regional priorities.
- Driving employee engagement and inclusion initiatives, coaching managers to build psychologically safe and high-performing teams.
- Guiding leaders through performance cycles, promotions, and succession planning to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Leading organisational change programmes — including restructures and reorganisations — in partnership with legal and operations teams, ensuring local compliance.
- Collaborating across People Experience, compensation, and talent acquisition functions to deliver a joined-up employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrate extensive experience as a People/HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
- Navigate complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
- Lead organisational change and restructuring programmes with minimal disruption.
- Interpret people data and metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Communicate effectively and coach leaders at all levels with clarity and empathy.
- Apply working knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and regional best practices.
- Adapt approaches across different cultures and employment frameworks within EMEA.
- Operate Workday and global HR systems with confidence to support people processes and data accuracy.
