What you can expect
You will own a territory of high-value Irish enterprise accounts, positioning Zoom's AI-first communications platform to solve real business challenges. You will build strategic C-suite relationships and drive consultative sales across Unified Communications, Contact Centre, and AI automation solutions. You will deliver meaningful revenue growth while helping Ireland's most ambitious organizations modernize how they communicate and serve customers.
About the Team
Our Ireland sales team partners with enterprise clients to transform communications infrastructure and customer experience using Zoom's full platform. We work collaboratively across the portfolio, combining strategic selling with deep technical insight. We exist to help organizations unlock the power of AI-driven collaboration and solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
Exceeding enterprise sales targets by developing and executing territory strategies that identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities.
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.

Conducting discovery sessions and solution presentations that align Zoom's platform capabilities to customer business outcomes.
Managing complex sales cycles using solution-selling and value-based methodologies to drive deals to closure.
Forecasting pipeline accurately and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and account growth.
What we’re looking for
Demonstrate experience selling SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or collaboration platforms in enterprise environments
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through closure.
Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
Forecast business accurately and develop pipeline through strategic territory planning.
Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and present professionally to diverse audiences.
Apply solution-selling or value-selling methodologies in previous roles.
Navigate customer success initiatives and drive account expansion strategies.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
€120,000.00
Maximum:
