Responsibilities

  • Drive growth through collaboration by leading joint sales initiatives with Deutsche Telekom sales teams and unlocking new business opportunities

  • Build meaningful partnerships by developing and expanding strategic relationships across partner networks

  • Own your market by managing and growing your territory across Northern Germany, creating new opportunities and delivering measurable impact

  • Become a trusted advisor to customers and partners by helping them leverage next-generation communication solutions to solve real business challenges

Location: Ideally based in or around Berlin, Magdeburg, Dresden, or Leipzig
(Berlin area preferred)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a strategic, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a partner-driven environment and knows how to turn relationships into results.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience with a strong track record of consistently exceeding targets

  • Proven success selling services, software, or complex solution-based offerings

  • Strong experience working with channel partners, alliances, and indirect sales models

  • Expertise in consultative selling, complex deal structures, and managing long sales cycles

  • Experience working with service providers, telecommunications partners, or carrier sales models

  • Exposure to or experience in the public sector is a plus

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, embrace change, and continuously learn

  • Native-level German and professional fluency in English


Salary Range or On Target Earnings:


Minimum:

€127,300.00

Maximum:

€222,700.00
