What You Can Expect

Zoom is looking for a Contact Center Sales Specialist in Denver, CO to partner with mid-market Account Executives to drive new pipeline and accelerate growth within the Customer Experience space. In this role, you’ll bring deep technical expertise and a consultative approach to help customers transform their customer experience with Zoom’s Contact Center and Virtual Agent solutions.

About the Team

You’ll be joining the Zoom Contact Center Mid-Market East Sales team — a high-energy, collaborative group focused on delivering best-in-class CX solutions to mid-market businesses between 50 and 500 employees. We operate with a customer-first mindset, move fast, and genuinely enjoy what we do. Responsibilities

  • Partner with mid-market Account Executives to identify, qualify, and develop new Contact Center opportunities across your assigned territory
  • Lead needs assessments and discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and align Zoom CX solutions to business outcomes
  • Deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to each customer’s environment
  • Guide deals through the full sales cycle using consultative, value-based selling techniques
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive outreach, QBRs, and expansion opportunities
  • Drive net-new acquisition by prospecting and developing new customer relationships
  • Lead and manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and competitive environments
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Channel Partners on co-sell strategies
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce; surface trends and risks to leadership proactively
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • This candidate must currently live in Denver, CO. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be in the Denver office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • 2+ years of experience in Contact Center sales — you know the space and can speak to it credibly
  • Proven ability to work in a specialist or overlay sales model, partnering closely with field AEs to drive joint opportunities
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close
  • Strong demo and presentation skills — you can translate technical capabilities into clear business value
  • Experience leading others with product/services training, demo and sales guides, and learning materials
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • A collaborative, coachable mindset with a drive to compete and close
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience with or knowledge of platforms like Zoom Contact Center, ZVA, or comparable CCaaS solutions is required

Compensation


Zone 2 Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $156,500 – $250,400 (Denver is a Zone 2 city.)

Minimum:

$139,100.00

Maximum:

$283,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
