Responsibilities

  • Building and expanding Service Provider partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.

  • Collaborating with Channel Account Managers to design and deliver partner enablement programs.

  • Integrating Zoom solutions into partner offerings to enhance customer value.

  • Developing joint business plans that drive market share and long-term success.

  • Monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrate experience managing partnerships in unified communications, cloud, or telephony sectors.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that strengthen partner programs.

  • Apply knowledge of SaaS vendor ecosystems within the UK and Ireland.

  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with alliance partners within the broader technology ecosystem.

  • Bring equivalent practical experience in partner management or channel development.
