What you can expect
We are seeking a talented individual Majors Account Executive with specialized experience in Contact Center sales. Understands the industry standards, and has the ability to partner with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase sales funnel.

Primary goal is to partner with sales Account Executives to find net new accounts and assist in closing these potential customers. Drive, build and manage pipelines for assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Qualifying leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources
  • Creating, delivering, and managing client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews
  • Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close
  • Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, managing large, complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  • Partnering with sales Account Executives to sell into new new accounts and assist in closing these potential customers
  • Developing go to market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners)
  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
What we’re looking for
  • Experience (3+ yrs) Commercial Contact Center Sales Experience
  • Able to lead and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish
  • Experience working within Commercial Acquisition accounts
  • Experience leading others with product/services training; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Able to travel as needed


Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$160,000.00

Maximum:

$326,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
