What you can expect
We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team in Amsterdam, supporting the
Italian market. In this role, you’ll build long-term relationships commercial customers, acting as a trusted
partner throughout their journey. You’ll work closely with Italian-speaking clients to identify their needs and
help them modernize the way they communicate and collaborate.
The ideal candidate brings experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and/or Contact Center solutions
and enjoys engaging with customers, uncovering opportunities, and closing impactful deals.

Responsibilities
Meeting or exceeding sales objectives, utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide sales process to
close
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with a "hunter" mentality
Managing complex sales situations effectively guide the sales process to close
Using value based-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close
Traveling frequently to Italy.
What we’re looking for
3-5 years direct commercial sales experience in a UCaaS or CCaaS environment
Have experience of selling to the Italian market at a Commercial level.
Be native in Italian and fluent in English
Have strong capabilities in business forecasting, pipeline development, and account management
Have a track record of client satisfaction, consistent performance, and effective collaboration with
internal teams and external partners
Have the ability to conduct product pitch and deliver strategic relevant messaging tailored to each
sector audiences
Have extensive experience selling sophisticated solutions to commercial enterprises
