What you can expect
Zoom is looking for an experienced Account Executive to support Customer Experience (CX) sales in the UAE & Turkey. Partner with Zoom Account Executives and channel/alliance partners to sell the Zoom CX platform. Discover new opportunities, grow pipeline, and execute account plans. Support enterprise solutions across all industries in UAE & Turkey.

What we’re looking for
Have proven experience in outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and territory management to drive pipeline growth and deal velocity
Possess the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities
Demonstrate strong skills in presentations, proposals, QBRs, and executive-level engagement focused on business transformation and ROI
Bring expertise in consultative selling, applying solution-selling and value-selling approaches
Have experience in account development and expansion, including upselling, relationship management, and commercial modelling
Maintain a collaborative mindset when working with Zoom Account Executives, Product, Engineering, alliances, and channel partners
Be able to support Contact Center integrations and roadmap alignment by partnering with Product and Engineering to help close complex CX opportunities
