Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive enablement programs that directly improve partner sales performance
- Develop partner capabilities for revenue acceleration rather than just maintaining relationships
- Create and execute quarterly business plans with partners that align to revenue targets
- Analyze partner performance data and implement changes that improve results
- Balance providing technical guidance with holding partners accountable for revenue targets
- Drive measurable business results for Zoom's Japan ecosystem
About the Team
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of sales experience in a technology company with a focus on enablement and performance optimization
- Proven track record of developing partner capabilities that translate to revenue growth
- Experience with structured enablement methodologies and performance analytics
- Strong data-driven decision making and analytical thinking skills
- Fluent business Japanese skills (This role is based in Tokyo)
- English skills (verbal, writing, reading) highly welcomed
- Experience in channel business within the Japan market
- Flexibility for rapidly changing environment and nimble learning ability
- Ability to conduct compelling demonstrations that showcase the strengths of SaaS products to both channel partners and end users
