About the Team:

Zoom is looking for a Data Analyst to generate insights for eCommerce and Marketing teams to inform our strategic initiatives & product roadmap. This role is part of the Digital Analytics team supporting Zooms Digital properties to accelerate growth.

This candidate will provide customer insights about online behavior that will inform future B2C & B2B strategies. This candidate has a passion for storytelling through data and acts as a champion for decision-making across the organization. This candidate must be able to think strategically and tactically and be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a high-growth company. Passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with eCommerce & Marketing teams to define reporting needs and KPI's, including creating automated custom reports, tagging recommendations, and proactively generating insights to understand customer funnel and abandonment.

• Oversee performance monitoring and insights via dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analysis .

• Distill insights from Experimentation & Personalization efforts to guide data-driven iteration and storytelling

• Participate in site re-designs and enhancements by identifying areas of opportunities and site metric goals.

• Perform analysis of all churn-related reports to uncover trends and insights.

• Partners with Marketing teams to drive connectivity between customer experience/care/loyalty initiatives and retention.

• Implements processes and trains our cross-functional business users helping enable them to use data for decision-making in their area of responsibility.

• Advocating for data-driven decision-making and customer-centricity across all touchpoints of digital product experience.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new analytics products, and new features within existing platforms.

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Tableau, Salesforce, Google Analytics.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for translating technical and statistical information into actionable business insights for Business Stakeholders.

• Pathing analysis leveraging web data.

• Comfortable working with others and a clear, confident communicator.

• Quantitative thinker, a data-driven mindset balanced with a customer-driven approach.

• Comfortable working in a data warehouse combining different data sets to perform analysis.

• Experience with both SQL and Python.

• Experience with SAAS revenue metrics such as MRR and ARR a plus.

• Ability to document and present results to differing stakeholder audiences.

• Manage the juniors and mentor their growth.
