About the Team

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience: In identifying and qualifying opportunities through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and territory planning to optimize pipeline and deal velocity
  • Be capable: Of meeting or exceeding sales objectives for assigned accounts/territory while managing large, complex sales situations and campaigns
  • Have skills: In creating and delivering client presentations, proposals, quarterly business reviews, and engaging C-level/VP executives in transformation and ROI conversations
  • Be proficient: In leading consultative sales processes, utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to guide sales cycles and create tailored proposals aligned to customer outcomes
  • Have expertise: In developing and maintaining business within existing accounts through upselling, leveraging established relationships, and delivering commercial models to customers
  • Be collaborative: In partnering with Zoom Account Executives on CX solutions, internal teams, alliances, and channel partners to build joint go-to-market strategies
  • Have ability: To support product integration by partnering with Product/Engineering on Contact Center integrations, influencing roadmap priorities, and assisting in closing potential customers
