As a CX & Contact Center Sales Specialist, you’ll help drive growth of our CX Platform, including Contact Center, Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement solutions. You will be working across the Benelux region and beyond. You’ll partner with teams and channel leaders to shape strategy, build pipeline, and close impactful deals. If you’re consultative, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping organizations transform customer and agent experiences, we’d love to have you on our team.

About the Team

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) sales or solution consulting ideally but not essential

• Have an understanding of solution-selling and value-selling methodologies

• Have familiarity with MEDDPICC sales framework

• Be experienced with close plans and joint engagement plans with customers

• Have experience using Salesforce, Clari, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

• Have the ability to travel as needed

• Be fluent in English

• Fluency in Dutch is advantageous but not required
