What you can expect
As Head of Employee Listening & Insights, Workvivo, you will build, lead, and scale this new business unit. You will own P&L, strategy, go-to-market, partnerships, product-market fit, and ultimately deliver growth, impact, and customer success. You will be a founder-style executive: hands-on, cross-functional, strategic and operational.

We help organizations turn employee feedback into measurable change. Backed by proven products and growth plans, we’re expanding into Employee Listening & Insights and seeking a leader to drive this next frontier.
Responsibilities
Defining and executing the strategic roadmap, business model, and KPIs for the Employee Listening & Insights portfolio
Leading go-to-market, sales, and partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and customer expansion
Collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape innovation, analytics, and feature development
Establishing scalable delivery, onboarding, and customer success processes that ensure retention and satisfaction
Managing P&L, financial planning, and operational excellence to enable sustainable business growth Building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
What we’re looking for
Demonstrate 15+ years of leadership experience in SaaS, HR technology, listening, survey, insights or people analytics, with proven success scaling business units
Apply strategic and operational expertise to drive growth, profitability, and market differentiation
Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, data, and customer success teams
Utilize data-driven insights and analytical tools to inform decisions and improve performance
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and ethical standards in handling people data
Build, mentoring, and empowering high-performing teams in dynamic, evolving environments
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$191,700.00Maximum:
$419,300.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
