As a Go-to-Market Strategist, you'll develop and execute strategies for Distributors and Master Agents. Your role involves driving partner engagement and boosting channel contribution.

Responsibilities
Developing the distributor partner strategy, managing focus partners, recruiting new partners, and growing indirect sales revenue
Building business plans with focus partners to drive growth
Executing sales training and providing marketing support
Tracking sales pipeline, bookings, activity, and partner engagement against quota and KPIs.
What we’re looking for
Be able to demonstrate experience in technology and distribution sectors, specializing in software, SaaS, cloud, and collaboration over an extensive period
Possess extensive experience in leading distribution sales teams within the EMEA region
Be able to demonstrate success in creating a successful strategy with distribution partners
Be able to demonstrate exceeding/meeting set targets
Be able to demonstrate experience developing and mentoring partner sales teams
Be able to communicate and engage at an executive level, must be fluent in Polish and English at Professional level

Obowiązki
Opracowanie strategii partnerów dystrybutorów, zarządzanie partnerami fokusowymi, rekrutacja nowych partnerów i zwiększanie przychodów ze sprzedaży pośredniej
Budowanie biznesplanów z partnerami skupiającymi się w celu napędzania wzrostu
Prowadzenie szkoleń sprzedażowych i wsparcie marketingowe
Śledzenie przepływu sprzedaży, rezerwacji, aktywności i zaangażowania partnerów w stosunku do kwot i wskaźników KPI.
Czego szukamy
Potrafi wykazać się doświadczeniem w sektorach technologii i dystrybucji, specjalizując się w oprogramowaniu, SaaS, chmurze i współpracy przez długi okres
Posiada bogate doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołów sprzedaży dystrybucyjnej w regionie EMEA
Potrafi wykazać się sukcesem w tworzeniu udanej strategii z partnerami dystrybucyjnymi
Potrafi wykazać się doświadczeniem w tworzeniu i mentorowaniu partnerskich zespołów sprzedaży
Potrafi komunikować się i angażować się na poziomie wykonawczym
