What you can expect
Zoom is seeking a UCaaS Advisor – Vertical Lead to drive adoption of the Zoom Phone and Frontline Worker collaboration portfolio. In this player-coach role, you will both lead a specialist overlay team and personally engage in strategic deals, helping customers in Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing modernize frontline workflows with Zoom’s UCaaS solutions.

About the Team
You’ll join the Frontline Worker Specialist Group within Zoom Phone Enterprise, a new overlay team dedicated to accelerating Zoom Phone adoption and frontline collaboration. This group is tasked with building repeatable playbooks and driving success across key industries.

The role reports to the GM, Frontline Worker, and will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Specialist Sales Leaders. You’ll be part of a 40-person team, combining sales overlays and industry SMEs, and work in partnership with Zoom’s product and channel organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute GTM strategies to drive pipeline for Zoom Phone & Frontline Worker solutions

  • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts across Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing

  • Lead, coach, and support the specialist sales team to exceed revenue goals

  • Personally engage with complex and strategic opportunities to accelerate close cycles

  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap through customer-driven feedback

  • Establish repeatable sales processes such as plays, objection handling, and competitive positioning

  • Represent Zoom at industry events, webinars, and advisory boards

  • Educate internal teams and partners on industry workflows, compliance, and trends

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years in enterprise or specialist sales (UCaaS or vertical sales preferred)

  • Consistent record of quota overachievement

  • Deep knowledge of Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing workflows

  • Ability to translate customer challenges into solution value

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Marketing, Customer Success)

  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and storytelling abilities

Preferred qualifications

  • Expertise in UCaaS or CCaaS (Zoom Phone, RingCentral, 8x8, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya)

  • Experience building overlay or specialist sales functions

  • Background influencing Product and Engineering roadmaps

  • Thought leadership through industry events, conferences, or publications

Ways of working
Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments. The work style of each role—Hybrid, Remote, or In-Person—is specified in the job posting.

This role is Remote (US), with preference for candidates located in the Central region close to major Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing hubs. Travel of about 25–30% is expected for customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$174.500,00

Maximum:

$389.400,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
