As the Customer Adoption Planning Lead, you will turn high-level strategy and product launches into clear, actionable, and measurable go-to-market programs that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of program management, enablement, and GTM execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategy and product roadmap priorities into clear GTM execution plans for Sales, CS, and partner teams

  • Track program performance and pivot as needed to maximize adoption and revenue impact

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and CS leadership to ensure field teams are trained and equipped for new initiatives and product features

  • Ensure feedback loops from Sales and CS are built into program iterations

  • Track post-launch adoption and deliver reports on business impact

  • Drive consensus on priorities, timelines, and resource allocation for GTM initiatives

  • The successful person will be comfortable in navigating ambiguous situations, which will equip them to foresee challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of work experience in a senior role leading CS, Channel or sales programs

  • Experience in UCaaS/CCaaS industry

  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • A hands-on strategic leader willing to lead by doing

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task & prioritize

  • Proven ability to drive transformational change, scale

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$191,700.00

Maximum:

$419,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
