Certification Engineer, Hardware Ecosystem

What you can expect

We are looking for a collaborative, detailed, and experienced Certification Engineer with expertise in unified communication or interactive flat panel hardware. This individual will work with hardware partners to create certified hardware for all use cases Zoom customers need. You will need to understand Zoom Hardware Certification Category owners, translating them to test plan, cases, tools, and passing criteria in the new Certification Specification. You will automate tests while possible, making sure test results are consistent, reliable, and repeatable under controlled test environments. You will take the feedback from laboratories and partners, implementing them in future specification improvement.

Zoom has an open hardware ecosystem approach. We work with hardware partners to create certified hardware for all use cases Zoom customers need. Hardware Partnership Team creates and manages the Hardware Certification Program.

What we’re looking for

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Science and Business, or a related field
• Have 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• Have professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Have 3 years of experience in working with cloud service providers' hardware certification program and relevant hardware vendors
