Manager sets the strategic direction for the sales team. They contribute to functional and business strategies,
execute plans, and provide leadership to multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business development initiatives
Leading and managing a team of business development representatives to achieve sales targets
Identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the business
Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize business development strategies
Building and maintaining solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Providing guidance and support to the business development team to ensure their professional
growth and success
What we’re looking for
Have a proven track record in business development and sales management
Be adept at strategic planning and implementing business development initiatives
Possess exceptional leadership and team management skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Be proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends
Exhibit excellent negotiation and networking skills
Be results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
Possess a bachelor's in business administration or related field
