Join our dynamic Public Sector team as a Public Sector Account Executive (EDU) in Tokyo! Partner with Japan's higher education institutions to drive digital transformation through our comprehensive AI-powered communication platform. From video meetings to customer experience solutions, you'll help shape the future of education technology while reporting to the Head of Public Sector & Education. This is Tokyo Based and you will report to Head of Public Sector & Education, Japan.

About the Team

You will work with clients to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their video, phone, room systems, contact center, digital events and online meeting needs. Working with our key customers in Higher Education, you will engage with targeted companies, winning their trust while contributing to new Workplace Transformation.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 3+ years of Education Sales experience in a Technology company, specifically for higher education

  • Have direct Sales Experience, working with our Channel and Strategic Partners

  • Have business forecasting, pipeline development and account management skills

  • Have proven history of ensuring client satisfaction, achieving a consistent track record, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders

  • Have experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

  • Be able to forecast accurately, account mapping/landscaping, pipeline development and management skills are required

  • Be proficient in Japanese, have flexibility to catch up English (business English skill is highly welcomed)

チームについて

お客様のビデオ、電話、ルームシステム、コンタクトセンター、デジタルイベント、オンラインミーティングのニーズに合った適切なZoomサービスを提供するため、お客様と協力して取り組んでいただきます。高等教育における主要顧客と協力し、対象企業との信頼関係を築きながら、新しいワークプレイストランスフォーメーションに貢献していただきます。

求める人材

  • テクノロジー企業での3年以上の教育営業経験(特に高等教育分野への営業経験)

  • チャネルおよび戦略的パートナーとの協力経験を含むダイレクトセールス経験

  • ビジネスフォーキャスト、パイプライン開発、アカウント管理のスキル

  • お客様満足度の確保、一貫した実績の達成、チームメンバーやステークホルダーとの協力において実績がある方

  • 関連性のある戦略的メッセージを構築するスキル、製品デモンストレーションの経験がある方

  • 正確な売り上げ予測、アカウントマッピング/ランドスケーピング、パイプライン開発および管理スキルのある方

  • 日本語に堪能で、英語にも対応できる柔軟性(ビジネス英語スキルは歓迎)
