What you can expect
We are looking for a Small Business Account Executive with a track record of success in Sales to join our Small Business team in Amsterdam. Working in a defined geographic territory, you will proactively engage with our existing customers, follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads.
About the Team
The Zoom sales team in Amsterdam offers an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to work with small businesses. As part of Zoom's success story, you'll have the opportunity to provide tailored solutions to clients while working in a vibrant, multicultural setting. This is a hybrid role which involves spending at least 3 days a week in our beautiful Amsterdam, canal-side office. The work environment emphasizes a collaborative and social atmosphere whilst learning from global colleagues.
Responsibilities
Meeting or exceed sales and product objectives, utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide sales process to close
Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
Managing (new and existing) customers to create upsell/cross-sell opportunities in your market
Managing full sales cycle.
Using value based-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close (experience with value based selling and/or for example MEDDPICC)
Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
Using Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
What we’re looking for
3 + years of BDR/SDR/Account Executive experience in a Technology company with a proven track record in exceeding targets
Direct SaaS/UCaaS selling experience.
Have excellent verbal skills, speaking Arabic at a high professional level, with consultative business acumen.
Have good knowledge on using Salesforce CRM.
Have good BA/BS knowledge.
Have excellent SaaS Video/Web Conferencing solution/UCaaS selling skills.
