岗位职责：

1.设计并开发基于 Rust 的 Web 服务，优化服务性能和可靠性。

2.参与内部 Rust 相关公共库的设计与开发。

3.参与 API 设计及实现，保证系统的可扩展性与高并发支持。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2 年以上软件开发经验。

2.熟练掌握 Rust 语言, 有 Async Rust 相关开发，具备 Web 后端开发经验。

3.具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉 Linux 环境下的调试、优化，擅长处理跨平台问题。

4.有二进制文件处理、文档安全相关技术、内容渲染引擎方面的经验相关经验者优先。

5.熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等常用的数据存储和消息中间件，有大规模分布式系统的设计和实现经验。

6.具有较强的学习能力和创新能力，对新技术和新领域充满好奇心。

加分项
1.了解 OT、CRDT 等协同算法。

2.掌握 C/C++、Golang、Python、Java 等其他语言。

3.有 AI 或机器学习相关经验。
