岗位职责

1、负责 Zoom 协同文档在不同场景及终端下的体验设计工作

2、参与前期需求分析、用户调研等流程，与产品团队共同制定产品策略。提供优质的设计解决方案，打造简单、易用的产品体验

3、与产品、研发等团队紧密合作，推动项目高质量落地。关注上线后的反馈及数据，持续优化产品

4、深入理解最新的 AI 及协同办公产品发展趋势，对相关知识有强烈热情，和团队一起打造创新的交互方式和用户体验

5、参与团队专业建设，沉淀并完善设计组件库与设计规范。分享设计经验及方法，提升团队整体水平

任职要求

1、8 年以上设计经验。本科及以上学历，设计或计算机相关专业

2、逻辑清晰，思考严谨细致全面，能梳理复杂的产品需求并制定完整的设计策略

3、具备优秀的交互/视觉全链路设计能力。有良好的视觉审美，对设计品质及细节有较高要求

4、对 B 端用户需求和商业模式有深入的洞察，能主动提出高价值的设计创新方案并推动落地

5、拥有丰富的大型项目推进经验，善于处理跨部门沟通与协作并达成目标

6、有良好合作态度和团队精神，沟通能力强，工作主动负责

7、能使用英语和海外同事进行工作沟通，精准传递设计想法

1、有大型 AI 或协同办公类产品设计经验

2、有海外用户接触经验，可主导海外用户调研与访谈
