What you can expect
As a Business Development Rep, your purpose is to identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales teams to increase revenue. Your goal is to build relationships with potential clients and to drive growth for the company through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. You will be reporting to a Japan local BDR manager.
What we’re looking for
Have minimum of 24 months experience in outbound sales or prospecting (Sales experience in Tech companies is plus)
Have written and verbal skills with a consultative professional business acumen
Be detail oriented, tenacious, responsible and self-motivated
Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn SalesNav and ZoomInfo.
Have a professional business level in Japanese, and be able to read and write in English

ZVC JAPAN (Zoom) では、チャンレンジ精神を持ったインサイドセールスを募集しています。このポジションは、主に大手及び中堅企業を対象に、アウトバウンド活動によるお客様との商談機会の創出を行います。営業チームの中で最前線に立ち、フィールドセールス(AE)、マーケティング、CSM、グローバルチームと協働しながらお客様への戦略的アプローチを進める役割を担います。さらに、AIを活用したコラボレーションプラットフォーム「ZoomWorkplace」を通じて、AI時代の働き方の未来をお客様に提案し、私たちの企業文化「Delivering Happiness:すべての人に幸せを届ける」を実現します。本ポジションは日本のマーケティング本部インサイドセールス部に所属し、インサイドセールス部のマネージャーにレポートとなります。また、今回は東京勤務ができる方を募集しております。

新規のお客様との関係構築と商談機会の創出
フィールドセールス(AE)と協力し、顧客企業に対するアプローチ戦略策定
戦略的ダイレクトメールやコールドコールによる潜在的なお客様へのアプローチ
Salesforceを利用したタイムリーかつ正確な顧客情報管理
四半期ごとのKPI(コール数、商談獲得数、受注金額など)の達成
【求めるご経験/スキル】
2年以上のインサイドセールスまたは営業経験(IT業界での営業経験者歓迎)
日本語: ネイティブレベル、英語: 読み書きできる方
中〜大企業向けのアウトバウンド活動において優れた成果を達成した経験
大企業との既存コネクションがあれば尚可
説得力のあるコミュニケーション能力とビジネス感覚
多様なコミュニケーション手法を活用する能力
新しい課題に取り組む積極性と、成功および失敗から学ぶ姿勢
困難な状況での回復力と逆境に立ち向かう強さ
細かい点に気を配る能力、粘り強さ、高い責任感
