What you can expect

The Sales Operations (Ops) manager supports our Global CX sales organizations. The role is responsible for identifying and analyzing key metrics and recommending actions to improve the effectiveness of the CX sales team. The Sales operations role requires a combination of skills, including organizational skills, data analysis, problem-solving skills, business acumen, tech proficiency and developing presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning sales strategies with business objectives. They manage sales processes, data analysis, and technology tools to support sales goals. By analyzing sales data, they identify trends, forecast sales, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.

What we’re looking for

  • Have excellent experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, or data management
  • Have significant management experience
  • Be highly proficient in tools like Tableau CRM, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake
  • Possess solid business acumen
  • Demonstrate experience successfully leading cross-functional initiatives and hitting goals in a complex and ever-changing environment
  • Be able to understand sales strategies
  • Have excellent reporting, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$142,300.00

Maximum:

$311,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
