Data Engineer

What you can expect

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our growing data team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain our data infrastructure using modern tools and technologies. You'll play a crucial role in transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive our business decisions.

About the Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.

• Experience in programming skills in Python and SQL.

• Experience with modern data warehousing solutions, particularly Snowflake.

• Be familiar in using dbt for data transformation and modeling.

• Be familiar with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.

• Experience and knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.

• Have a Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
