Zoom infra 团队负责开发、部署和维护大规模、高可用性和高性能的基础设施系统，为公司的业务系统提供基础框架。

主要职责
Ceph分布式存储开发：
负责底层分布式存储平台的设计和研发工作，为公司内部服务提供强一致、高性能、低延迟、高可用、高可靠、功能完备、运维友好的分布式文件存储、块存储和OSS存储服务；
深入理解业务场景的存储需求，针对性的为不同业务场景提供最合适的存储方案；
负责ceph分布式存储相关功能的设计和开发。
负责ceph分布式存储进行性能分析，并进行性能优化等工作。
负责对ceph存储相关问题提供技术支持，作为分布式存储专家，有丰富的线上部署、日常运维、扩缩容、性能分析、故障定位处理、复杂问题解决的能力。
持续优化系统稳定性、性能、成本、可用性、可扩展性、可维护性等；
持续推动公司存储技术栈的优化和演进，推动存储新趋势和技术在公司落地，不断进行架构升级和演进。
任职要求
拥有计算机科学或相关领域的学士或硕士学位，或具备同等工作经验。
拥有超过5年的软件工程经验，特别是ceph分布式存储相关的开发经验。
精通C/C++/Go等开发语言，有良好的算法和数据结构基础，至少具备5年以上一线研发经验。
对计算机体系结构、操作系统、计算机网络、文件系统、IO、存储设备有深刻理解；
深入了解分布式存储ceph的架构设计，IO流程等，对ceph分布式存储各个关键模块有较深的了解。特别是对ceph开源社区有代码贡献者优先。
精通至少一种分布式编程领域的主流产品和解决方案，有大型自研分布式存储系统经验者优先
具备分析和解决分布式存储中遇到的复杂问题的能力，寻找合适的方案，快速解决实际工作中遇到的问题。特别是对分布式存储ceph有资深的运维和故障排除经验者优先。
能够对分布式存储进行性能分析，有一定的相关性能优化经验。
出色的口头和书面沟通能力，能够将复杂的技术概念传达给公司其他部门。
能够在跨职能团队中有效工作并为合作项目做出贡献，展示领导力并主动推动项目目标。
加分项：
掌握分布式系统基础理论/协议/paper、熟悉业内经典分布式存储系统，有大规模分布式存储平台、云厂商云存储研发经验者优先，有Ceph、GlusterFS、JuiceFS、Minio等社区的Contributor优先；
熟悉Linux内核以及底层存储相关经验优先，有0-1自研分布式存储系统经验者优先，或熟悉块存储、文件存储、OSS存储中的一种或多种；
有用户态网络RDMA、用户态文件系统SPDK等相关经验者优先；
