About the Team:

Zoom is looking for an experienced strategy and business leader to join the Corporate Strategy team. In this senior and high visibility role, you will be expected to drive key elements of Zoom’s go forward strategy and plans. This role is focused on artificial intelligence (AI), driving strategy and monetization for vertical specific AI. This includes Zoom Revenue Accelerator, developer & ISV facing AI offerings, and AI for new roles & industries. This role requires strengths in product strategy, business model development, analytical problem-solving, cross-ground collaboration and executive communication. It is a tremendous opportunity to drive meaningful impact on the company’s growth and delight customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and oversee an empirically grounded view of Zoom’s vertical AI opportunity from a market, customer, and competitive understanding perspective.

  • Identify market and customer insights that can be translated into business opportunities using both organic and inorganic (M&A) approaches.

  • Create growth strategy for Zoom Revenue Accelerator and collaborate across functions including product, marketing & sales to co-develop and drive cross-org alignment on plans to ensure buy-in, shared vision and execution priority.

  • Develop product strategy and commercialization approach for Zoom’s developer and ISV facing AI offerings.

  • Evaluate and prioritize new AI powered verticals to serve key roles and industries such as Healthcare and Education.

  • Envision end to end business and product plays and growth strategies that can delight customers, grow ecosystem vibrancy and drive business results.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of work experience within or across corporate strategy, strategy consulting, product management and investment banking.

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, math, business, statistics or economics. MBA is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional business judgment using strong strategic thinking, customer centricity and appreciation for execution / operational excellence.

  • Strong numerical fluency, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify insights and drive high impact decisions.

  • Technology depth and breadth in AI, with 2+ years of experience in AI preferred. Highly credible with senior technologists, product leaders, and CxO audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability and prior experience in using customer, market, and competitive data to create business strategy and connect it with investment initiatives across product and go to market.

  • Excellent communication, leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels without authority to drive executive buy-in and alignment.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$142,300.00

Maximum:

$311,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
