As an Onboarding Program Manager, your purpose is to help companies improve their internal communication and employee engagement. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions using the Workvivo platform. Your attention to detail and communication skills will be essential in ensuring successful adoption and ongoing usage of the platform. Join our mission to create happier, more connected workplaces.

About the Team

Workvivo’s Onboarding Project Team is a group of world class Implementation experts that partner up with all of our Workvivo Customers guiding them through our tried & tested onboarding methodology. Our main focus is to upskill project teams on all of the fantastic Workvivo features, share all of our best practices, support them through change management & ultimately make sure their Workvivo launch is a huge success. There is no better feeling!!

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role, specifically in software project implementation would be ideal

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Project Management techniques and approaches.

  • Ability to produce well-structured and clear customer facing documentation and reports

  • Ability to demonstrate consultancy skills, identifying opportunities and promoting business benefits to clients
