主要职责

• 设计和开发高性能的Java应用程序，这些应用程序能够与OLAP数据库无缝交互并处理实时数据流。

• 使用Apache Kafka、Flink或类似框架实现和管理数据流解决方案。

• 开发有效的流量控制和数据缓冲机制，以处理高吞吐量和低延迟的数据流。

• 优化数据处理管道，确保及时的数据传输和处理。

• 安装、配置和维护OLAP数据库（如ClickHouse），确保高可用性和性能。

• 基于Clickhouse设计、构建高可靠性/高性能/可扩展性的OLAP平台。

• 执行常规数据库维护任务，包括备份、索引重建和性能调优。

• 监控数据库健康状况和性能，快速解决系统问题问题，减少停机时间。

• 为数据库和流数据问题提供技术支持；排除和解决复杂问题以确保操作效率。

• 作为数据库和流技术问题的技术专家

• 跟踪数据库技术、Java开发和流数据处理的最新发展。

• 评估和推荐新工具和技术以提高系统性能和可扩展性。

• 通过与各团队协调，领导和促进跨部门项目，提供稳健和可扩展的数据解决方案。

• 指导初级开发人员和工程师，分享知识并促进质量和创新文化。

任职要求

• 教育背景：拥有计算机科学或相关领域的学士或硕士学位，或具备同等工作经验。

• 软件工程经验：拥有超过3年的软件工程经验，特别是数据密集型应用的开发经验。

• OLAP数据库专长：深入了解OLAP数据库技术，如ClickHouse或Apache Doris，并具备其部署、扩展和优化的技能。

• 流处理系统：熟练设计和实现使用Apache Kafka、Apache Flink或类似技术的流处理系统解决方案。

• 编程语言：精通Java/C++等开发语言，有良好的算法和数据结构基础。

• 系统架构：具备系统架构原则的扎实理解，特别是与OLAP和流数据系统的可扩展性和性能优化相关的部分。

• 开发工具：对集成开发环境（IDEs）和其他常用开发工具有广泛的使用经验。

• 问题解决能力：能够理解复杂的数据工作流程，并开发高效的解决方案来应对数据处理问题。

• 性能调优：具备处理大规模数据的应用程序的性能调优和故障排除的实战经验。

• 沟通技能：出色的口头和书面沟通能力，能够将复杂的技术概念传达给公司其他部门。

• 团队协作：能够在跨职能团队中有效工作并为合作项目做出贡献，展示领导力并主动推动项目目标。
