业务介绍：
方向1-Integrations
1、基于Zoom平台，为Zoom集成第三方能力，如三方CRM、Microsoft Office套件、Google套件等，提升用户体验，丰富Zoom平台生态，为用户提供一站式协作平台的服务。
方向2-Meeting Web
1. 团队负责Zoom meeting/webinar的Web后端开发工作。Zoom Meeting作为我们的核心产品，已经为全球数百万用户提供了高质量的音视频通信服务。

岗位职责：
1. 负责Zoom业务线的后端开发工作，对系统进行持续优化并保证系统稳定；

2. 参与项目需求沟通、分析，进而制定项目评估及实现方案，执行过程注重用户体验；
3. 结合个人经验及Zoom公共服务能够独立完成相关项目的技术设计方案；
4. 具备较强的代码编写能力，能独立完成高难度任务的设计、开发、测试，以及解决线上的问题；
5. 具备较强的Web项目开发相关的安全意识、经验，在设计和实现过程中时刻关注安全。

任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科或以上学历，5年及以上Java开发经验；
2. Java基础扎实，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架和JVM原理，深入理解常用的设计模式及应用场景；
3. 熟练掌握Spring，Spring Boot，Spring Cloud，MyBatis等流行开源框架的使用，深入了解其原理和实现机制；
4. 熟练使用Linux，Nginx，Tomcat等进行开发和调优；
5. 掌握MySQL数据库设计和性能调优，熟悉DynamoDB，MongoDB等NoSQL数据库；
6. 熟悉Memcached，Redis，Kafka，ES等中间件的使用；
7. 熟悉Web Security各类场景及相应的处理方案；
8. 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，积极主动，执行力强，责任心强；
9. 具备英文邮件、文档读写能力，适应全英文工作环境。
