我们正在寻找一名算法工程师加入我们的AI搜索（RAG）团队。作为Zoom的搜索算法工程师，您将在开发、实施和优化尖端搜索算法方面发挥关键作用。该职位提供了一个机会，让您参与AI和搜索技术的演进，与跨职能团队密切合作。您将直接参与具有重大价值的产品开发，并与来自世界各地的经验丰富的架构师和工程师一起工作。

岗位职责：

负责搜索的用户体验优化和业务指标的优化迭代

对搜索全链路（Query理解，召回，相关性，排序等）有比较深入的理解，能够针对业务需求制定合理的技术方案和算法策略来优化业务问题

负责将算法成功工程化，应用到实际业务场景中，提升用户的搜索体验

深入产品和业务，能够从数据中发现机制和算法的不足，提出改进方案并推动实现

与大数据团队密切合作，设计和维护健壮的数据模型和流程，确保数据的准确性和完整性

基本资格：

计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或更高学历

精通搜索算法和数据结构，在Python、Java或C++等编程语言方面具有扎实的编程能力

对 AI 概念、算法和框架（例如 TensorFlow、PyTorch）有深入的了解

熟悉信息检索/自然语言处理/机器学习/深度学习技术，对搜索召回/排序/相关性/query理解/大规模日志挖掘等有相关经验者优先

对云计算平台（例如 AWS、Azure、Google Cloud）等有相关使用经验者优先

对大语言模型有丰富使用经验者优先
