What you can expect

As an Employee Experience Architect, you'll be part of the Workvivo sales team, supporting the AEs & Solutions Consultants on key enterprise and strategic opportunities. You’ll ensure we are following best practices with these organizations across the entire sales cycle. You'll work cross-functionally to understand customers’ core business challenges, deliver best-in-class demos, share industry best practices, and provide functional and technical knowledge of the Workvivo product.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Account Executives and Solution Consultants on enterprise and strategic opportunities, ensuring we hit our growth targets

Becoming an expert on the Workvivo product and industry trends and best practices

Driving best-in-class demo delivery practices across the sales team

Working closely with our Customer Experience team, capturing stories, case studies, and best practices for the utilization of Workvivo with our customers

Supporting our sales team leaders with MEDDPICC deal reviews and enterprise forecasting

Understanding & influencing our roadmap, providing feedback on evolving customer requirements and market trends, collaborating regularly with Product Management

What we’re looking for

12+ years of related experience

Have Solution Selling Experience – achieving trusted advisor status by demonstrating an understanding of the customer's business objectives

Have domain knowledge of the digital employee experience space and understand the business impacts of a product like Workvivo

Have an understanding of cloud computing architectures and the SaaS model specifically. Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services AWS ideal

Have understanding of Enterprise IT architectures/platforms, including Active Directory AD, SCIM API based automated user provisioning, SAML based SSO, Intranet, Content Management Systems CMS

Have influence and leadership skills, takes ownership and responsibility, makes suggestions and is comfortable leading internal projects, fosters inter-team communication, functions effectively in ambiguous circumstances

Experience collaborating with product teams - understands what’s important, helps influence the role map based on industry, market and customer needs Have understanding of how a SaaS product is implemented and supported, adopted and leveraged

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$164,100.00

Maximum:

$358,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
