Commercial Account Executive (Tokyo Based)

What you can expect​

Zoom is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in Tokyo to develop and maintain the customer in Japan. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skill and customer relationship skills. You will work with Commercial business clients(Employee counts of 501 ~ 2500) to provide them the right Zoom platform solutions.

With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the Mass market in Japan team passionately engages with clients in Japan. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 7 years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (Outreach and Zoominfo)
  • Have a proven record in Sales achievement
  • Possess BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Experience with UCaaS or platform sales is preferred
  • Have business-level of Japanese to communicate with local Japanese customers
  • Experience being involved in POC (proof of concept), as well as joint engagement plans (JEPs)
