What you can expect

As a Solutions Engineer, you contribute to Workvivo’s success by understanding our customers’ needs and requirements. You are a storyteller at heart, demonstrating and proposing Workvivo’s solutions. You will work in close collaboration with the solutions team, the customer experience team, marketing and product development. You will leverage the tools and resources available to you to help accelerate sales opportunities and pipeline creation. You will also lead Workvivo’s responses to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP).

  • Owning and lead the solution sales activities within the sales process to achieve the “Technical Win”.
  • Following solution sales best practices to develop a clear understanding of the customer’s business and people practices.
  • Delivering a compelling, well-researched and targeted “Demo” of the Workvivo SaaS product for the desired future state of the business.
  • Leading Workvivo responses to Requests for Information RFI and Requests for Proposals RFP.
  • Leading the delivery of Evaluations (Eval) and Proof of Concept (POC). 
  • Collaborating with the Workvivo Partner Team to support partner sales and technical enablement programs.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Have fluent German and English as you are covering the German market, and excellent communication skills in both.
  • Have drive, ambition, and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate trusted advisor status by demonstrating a solid understanding of the customers business objectives.
  • Have ownership and responsibility, proactively make suggestions and is comfortable leading internal projects, ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Experience with cloud computing architectures and the SaaS model specifically.
  • Have knowledge of Enterprise IT architectures and platforms, i.e. Active Directory AD, SAML based SSO, Intranet, Content Management Systems, Document Management Systems.
  • Have an understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and related industry certifications e.g. ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
