What you can expect

As a Mid Market Account Executive at Zoom, you will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in your territory. This role covers India market.

About the Team

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting- edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients in India. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources and closing the deals to exceed sales and product objectives

  • Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address client's needs

    and use solution-selling techniques to guide sales process to close

  • Developing new business opportunity and maintain business relation within existing accounts

  • Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on Salesforce (CRM)

  • Working with management to provide forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

What we’re looking for

  • Have sales experience in a SaaS company with a proven track record (end to end)

  • Understand outreach methods to approach new clients, and have a hunting mindset

  • Have Video solution/ Phone/Contact Center solution selling experience

  • Be able to hunt into new accounts, maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations and large projects

  • Have excellence in presentations skill with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

  • Have collaboration and relationship-building skills
