What you can expect​

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will develop strategies to engage and nurture our customer base throughout their journey. This role is critical in driving customer retention, expansion, and advocacy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted campaigns. This ensures a seamless and personalized experience for our customers at every stage of their lifecycle.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Be able to revive closed lost opportunities, and market to the CRM, driving virtual event registrations
  • Be able to accelerate open Sales Leads into Sales Opportunities
  • Be able to nurture leads pre and post virtual and physical events
  • Be able to develop personalized customer journeys using email campaigns and targeted content
  • Be able to plan and execute targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Be able to utilize customer data to perform segmentation and create targeted messaging based on customer behaviour and preferences
  • •Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating content, setting up automation workflows, and monitoring deliverability
