What you can expect

As an Onboarding Services Delivery Manager, you will serve as a Player-Manager to an elite team of Onboarding Project Managers. You will own and manage the success of a portfolio of customers across, while also scaling our team. You will oversee the delivery of all team projects to achieve key metrics such as customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

About the Team

Workvivo’s Onboarding Team is a group of eight world class EMEA onboarding Project Managers that partner up with all of our Workvivo Customers guiding them through our tried & tested onboarding methodology. Their main focus is to upskill project teams on all of the fantastic Workvivo features, share all of our best practices, support them through change management & ultimately make sure their Workvivo launch is a huge success. There is no better feeling!!

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience in a Team Lead or Managerial role
  • Be able to empathize, problem solve and partner with Customers
  • Experience using SAAS project management processes and methodologies
  • Experience with the development of internal strategies to support a scaling team
  • Experience leading and motivating a team to success specifically CSAT and TTV
  • Experience using SAAS project management processes and methodologies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in industry and market trends related to Workvivo’s products and services
