What you can expect​

Zoom’s ServiceNow Platform team is looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will support our fast-growing business and platform. This position will be responsible for administration, development, design, and support by using good programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while adhering to the configure vs customize governance.

About the Team

With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.

What we’re looking for

• • Experience of ITIL processes, particularly in the areas of Configuration management.
• • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
• • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, CMDB, configuration and administration.
• • Experience in GRC, CMDB/Discovery/HW & SW Asset Management, ITSM (Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change)
• • Experience in Automated Test Framework experience, Integrated Risk Management Vendor Risk Management, Security Incident Response,Supplier Lifecycle Management,Integration Hub / Integrations
