What you can expect

As a capacity planner, you will help bridge the gap between technical project management and drive capacity expansions within Engineering.

About the Team

As a member of the Zoom DevOps team, you will empower top global corporations to discover flexible solutions for modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

What we’re looking for

  • Have working experience working in a production SaaS services managing capacity.

  • Have experience developing dashboards and data insights from sources such as Prometheus, Grafana, SQL.

  • Have experience in writing software and/or scripts in languages such as Go or Python.

  • Be flexible and have excellent communication, escalations, and relationship-building skills

  • Possess a Statistical and Mathematical background

  • Statistical and Mathematical background. Prefer M.S. or Ph.D in Statistics or Mathematics.

  • Optional: Mandarin speaking.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$133,500.00

Maximum:

$233,600.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
