SMB Sales Manager(Based in Jakarta)

What you can expect

Zoom is seeking an SMB Sales Manager in Jakarta to oversee teams in Indonesia and Malaysia. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership and customer relationship skills. Local and regional teams will assist in expanding the company's efforts in Indonesia. This role is critical to regional growth and reports to an SMB Sales Manager in Singapore.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration


Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding sales and product objectives, utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide the sales process to close
  • Leading a team to effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, recruiting new talent where needed
  • Creating client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Developing and leveraging business within existing and new accounts, managing complex sales situations, creating satisfied customers
  • Utilizing Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
  • Working strategically with management to deliver sales forecasts and revenue achievement, identifying trending opportunities/challenges, and recommending solutions

What we’re looking for

  • Have a total of over 10 years of sales experience in the Saas/Ucaas industry
  • Have minimum of 3 years of Management experience in a high-speed growing company
  • Have excellent collaboration and relational skills, excellent verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Have exceptional business forecasting and pipeline development skills with a record of closed sales and client satisfaction
  • Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
  • Be able to speak fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Have good Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]
