Own and drive the product architecture that delivers on scale, high availability, real-time performance, regional compliance, velocity of deployment for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center.
Drive product components that seamlessly expands Zoom platform into customer premises for customers and partners who need a degree of local control for compliance and high availability.
You will be the subject matter expert and thought leader on modern customer network & infrastructure practices and needs, and lead the evolution of Zoom platform architecture as a competitive advantage.
12+ Years building scalable services for large scale SaaS companies.
Strong expertise in building infrastructure that manages real-time media traffic.
Experience with complex corporate IT infrastructure, network and security products and solutions.
Ability to break down complexity into detailed requirements and flows, with balanced approach towards building the long term foundation with a series of near-term benefits.
Collaboration & cross functional leadership skills in bringing together a diverse team in delivering industry leading platform architecture solution.
Ability to work with technology vendors and partners, in bringing advanced technologies in a shorter time to market.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).

Anticipated Position Close Date:
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
