Account Executive Upmarket, France
We are looking for an Account Executive to focus on our Upmarket Accounts (customers with an employee account of 1000+) in the French market!
This is an exceptional opportunity to change the way companies communicate and help with their digital transformation by selling them a unified communications platform.
Create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
Qualify leads and identify prospects needs, engaging technical resources as required
Utilise solution-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close
Up sell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
Utilise Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
Meet or exceed sales and product objectives.
Ideally 5+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company selling to C-level audiences
Prior experience as an Account Executive selling cloud software solutions in the French market
Ability to prospect and hunt for new business
Experience working with majors/enterprise clients (employee count of 1000+) preferred
Proficient in CRM (especially Salesforce), MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn is also a plus
Fluent in English and French
