Majors and Enterprise Sales Leader, ANZ
We're actively seeking an experienced and accomplished sales leader to take the helm of our Majors & Enterprise sales team. This role offers an opportunity to lead our successful team of approximately 8 Account Executives, who are dedicated to bringing on new business and nurturing relationships with a range of named accounts across the ANZ region. Lead the Majors sales team across ANZ to resounding success, championing a culture of sales excellence founded on discovery, innovation, integrity, and client satisfaction.
Ensure excellence in reporting, pipeline management, and client happiness.
Be a creative innovator, driving the exploration of new approaches to sell our service and initiate fresh business initiatives.
Develop, launch, and execute a dynamic sales strategy aimed at achieving team objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to Executive and C-level prospective clients.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to the successful implementation of our solution.
Maintain regular and effective communication with Sales Operations, delivering accurate and timely sales forecasts and keeping precise records in all internal CRM and reporting tools.
Foster team growth through strategic and inclusive hiring practices.
Continuously invest in the education and professional development of your direct reports.
Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
Industry experience is valued but not mandatory, particularly in Unified Communications, Cloud Telephony, CX, or EX solutions sales.
Experience in leading and selling transformative business solutions in the areas of Digital Workplace Transformation.
Embrace an inspiring leadership style, focusing teams on a philosophy of sales development and execution, driven by a commitment to achieving business outcomes and client satisfaction.
Expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development, and effective people management.
Thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of MEDDPICC sales methodology or similar.
The ability to navigate complex sales situations and manage large projects effectively.
Demonstrable excellence in communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft relevant and strategic messaging.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.
CRM excellence, with a preference for experience with Salesforce.
Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
