Channel Account Manager - Switzerland
We are looking for a Channel Account Manager with experience in developing partnerships across the ALPS region (Switzerland & Austria) based in Switzerland. You will be reporting to the Head of Channel DACH & Eastern Europe and be part of a passionate and high results driven team.
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, self driven and results focused Channel Manager to drive and expand Zoom´s Channel Partner ecosystem in the Swiss and Austrian region. This is a senior position and will require a strong background in channel ecosystem strategy and execution along with a demonstrable background in building channels for this region.
This individual will recruit & lead partnerships with different types of partners from Service Providers to System Integrators, Consultants and Boutiques that specialise within the Unified Communications As A Service market (UCaaS). The role will be responsible for recruitment of new partners and key activities building and executing partner business plans, driving alignment between our field teams and our partners, and identifying areas for joint innovation.
The candidate will collaborate cross functionally, including Channel Operations, Marketing, Programs, Legal, Sales & Alliances. Manage implementation of a partner strategy managing a high value strategic partner. Including onboarding, sales, marketing, enablement, with the objective of revenue growth through the partner channel
Build business plans and GTM with focus partner to drive growth
Management engagement, sales training and marketing support
Work closely with Country Sales Teams to execute on objectives
Ensure ‘Customer First’ type of thinking for all partner planning.
Ensure commitment from the partners for revenue goals, pipeline development, focus and capabilities critical for GTM and customer success including execution and tracking of those metrics
+10 years of Channel Sales experience
+3 years of UCaaS/CCaas/SaaS industry
Experience building the channel business for a technology company in software, SaaS, cloud, or collaboration
Experience working with telecom providers, MSPs or telecommunication companies and relevant contacts within the territory
Experience with large VAR's and SP's
Experience with executive level engagements and communication
Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
Desire and ability to drive success in a high-growth, fast paced environment
Demonstrates independence in action, decision making, goal oriented and driven
Creative thinker able to develop new GTM motions and deliver change
Motivated, confident, self-sufficient and able to contribute from day one
A ‘Hands on’ approach
Strong collaboration skills - internally and externally
Demonstrated skill in influencing key decision-makers within partnerships - a strong network across UCAAS partner influencers is advantageous.
