Sales Compensation Sr. Systems Analyst
As the Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will support Zoom’s Sales Compensation Systems functionality related to compensation planning, quota, sales credit, and incentives. This is a complex domain with many interdependencies and relationships to sales process automation, agreement management, order to cash, and data analytics.
In this role, you will work directly with stakeholders from Sales Operations, Finance, People Experience, and Enterprise Systems to support these organizations and managing strategic initiatives to deliver capabilities that enable Zoom’s Sales to scale, grow, and manage performance. You will contribute business judgment, leverage a deep understanding of processes to guide decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insight to support strategic and tactical initiatives across the company.
What you will do:
Support the sales compensation administration team in system operations, including but not limited to compensation plan distribution, sales participant setups and system training.
Ensure accurate calculation and payments of incentive compensation within Xactly to our sales organization
Design and configure new compensation plans and enhancements in the compensation system
Work with business partners to drive adoption and change management
Work across organization boundaries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously drive system integration, automation and system efficiencies.
Help design sales compensation system solutions and collaborate with Enterprise Systems team to prioritize requirements and define the delivery roadmap for new FY setup, accommodating upstream (Salesforce) and downstream (Snowflake/Tableau) system changes..
Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and other periodic activities that include documenting evidence for audit and compliance purposes.
5+ years of experience supporting sales compensation applications
5+ years of experience in gathering requirements and refining business processes in a sales domain (e.g. sales incentives and compensation planning)
5 years of experience in driving efficiency, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise systems and applications CRM or sales space. Must have experience with Xactly.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
Experience supporting a global team at certain peak times beyond North America.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
