Job Description Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Delhi, India, someone who embodies a vibrant energy, a competitive spirit, personal drive, and a proven track record of success in Sales. This role involves collaborating with clients to deliver tailor-made Zoom services that cater to their video conferencing, room systems, and online meeting requirements. Operating within a defined geographical territory, you will proactively engage with targeted companies, follow up on various inbound leads, and ensure that our solutions meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed Sales Objectives:

    • Set and surpass sales objectives at the enterprise level.

  • Needs Assessment and Lead Qualification:

    • Effectively qualify leads and conduct comprehensive needs assessments, involving technical resources as necessary.

  • Client Engagement and Presentation:

    • Create compelling client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.

    • Engage in high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives.

  • Solution-Selling and Value Proposition:

    • Employ solution-selling and value-selling techniques to guide the sales process to successful closure.

  • Account Management:

    • Develop and nurture relationships within existing accounts, adeptly managing complex sales situations and campaigns.

    • Identify upselling opportunities and leverage business from both new and established customer relationships.

  • CRM Utilization:

    • Utilize our CRM solution for timely and accurate tracking of sales activities and status updates.

  • Collaboration and Strategic Insights:

    • Collaborate strategically with management to deliver sales forecasts, identify emerging opportunities/challenges, and recommend solutions.

  • Issue Resolution:

    • Resolve client issues promptly and comprehensively; escalate issues to management when necessary.

  • Market Awareness:

    • Stay informed about our product line, competition, and industry trends that may impact client business activities.

  • Customer Testimonials:

    • Harness key customer relationships to obtain video testimonials and case studies.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background and Experience:

    • BA/BS degree.

    • 10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Sales / Account Executive in a Technology company.

  • Industry Expertise:

    • Proven experience selling SaaS, CCaas, UCaas or Platform solution

    • Direct sales experience in Collaboration solutions is highly preferred.

  • Social Media Proficiency:

    • A strong presence and proficiency in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

  • Sales Skills:

    • Experience prospecting new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and managing complex sales situations and large projects.

  • Collaboration and Relationship Building:

    • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

  • Sales Management:

    • Proficiency in business forecasting, pipeline development, and management.

  • Client Satisfaction and Teamwork:

    • Demonstrated client satisfaction, a track record of success, and a strong team player.

  • Presentation Skills:

    • Experience conducting product demonstrations and crafting relevant, strategic messaging.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Strong verbal communication skills with consultative, professional business acumen.

    • Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

    • Strong internet research skills and excellent Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
