Senior Product Manager - Workvivo

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, engineering, design, and marketing teams, to propose a product roadmap as well as providing regular updates on product progress and changes in direction.
Prioritise backlogs and execute on building high quality, delightful and innovative products.
Connect with customers, use research and analytics to generate insights and develop new ideas.
Collaborate with engineering and design on cross-functional teams to ensure the products are user-friendly and aligned with the product vision.
Have a deep understanding of users and customers, and how the products are being used to formulate product roadmap.
Work closely with internals stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to communicate roadmap updates and gather feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs through market research and user feedback.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering).
Proven minimum of 5 year experience in product management.
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
A track record of delivering successful products to market.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products.
