CX Sales Specialist, Philippines
We are seeking a talented individual CX Sales Specialist with a deep specialized experience in Customer Experience (CCaaS) sales, understanding of the industry and CX market , and has the ability to partner with direct sales account executives to work with Zoom customers to help them transform the customer experience they deliver to their customers. This person would be based in The Philippines. The primary goal is to partner with sales Account Executives and help our customers adopt the value of the Zoom Customer Experience capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record and background that enables them to lead a sales effort that will include teaming with Zoom Account Executives, Partners, Solution Engineers and engagements at the CxO level within the target markets and segments in The Philippines.
Your responsibilities will include building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
Be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our service and drive new business initiatives
The successful candidate will also possess a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CxO/VP level, as well as a technical understanding that enables them to easily interact with developers and technical architects.
Ideally a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically with the ability to build and convey a strong value story to the market
Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Develop go to market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners)
Drive Partner Awareness & Expertise specifically in our Zoom Phone Contact Center integrations
5+ years CX / Cloud (CCaaS) Sales Experience
SaaS Business & Sales Experience
Deep Contact Center software industry product knowledge
Strong presentation skills to create engaging messaging, training material and supporting resources.
Experience leading others with product/services training; best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
Ability and aptitude to work within various mediums to coach & develop partner sellers
Must understand business telephony & Contact Center (Cloud & Premises PBX)
Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
5+ years technical sales/BD experience in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) within The Philippines is preferred
