Zoom Contact Center - EMEA Upmarket Sales Manager
We are looking to hire a Sales Leader to our Zoom Customer Experience Upmarket sales team reporting into the Head of Zoom Customer Experience for EMEA. As the EMEA Upmarket Manager, you are responsible for hiring, enabling, and managing the Zoom Customer Experience EMEA upmarket sales team. You will define strategy and overall business planning for accounts that fall within this sector. You will provide feedback, coaching and training, ensuring team quota attainment, driving activity levels, and implementing process efficiency changes to drive maximum productivity. You are responsible for both new customer acquisition efforts as well as up-sell and cross-sell efforts into existing Zoom relationships and will be a critical conduit for representing and prioritizing EMEA customer requirements into the Zoom product and engineering teams.
Meet or exceed team sales and product deployment objectives.
Manage a team of Customer Experience sales professionals to effectively qualify leads, and identify prospecting strategies and targets, and engaging technical resources as required.
Create hiring plan for new sales members
Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs.
Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close.
Manage, coach and develop sales team members in order that they perform at their optimum level.
Develop and maintain business plans for all Upmarket regions, manage complex sales situations, sales campaigns, and overall business health.
Utilize CRM solution to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
Help team members to manage escalations to resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to product leaders as appropriate.
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities in the Upmarket sector.
Experienced. 10+ years’ experience in software or technology sales with specific expertise in contact centre and/or Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) conversational intelligence/virtual agents, and workforce management/workforce optimization.
Ideally to have 3+ years’ experience leading and managing a sales team. Experience in a highly transactional sales environment. Experience within UCaaS, Collaboration and/or SaaS is a plus.
